Miller was a Candidate for US Congress in Florida’s 24 District in 2010 and has over 40 years of experience leading public restaurant companies including Uno Restaurants, Furr’s Hospitality and most recently Ruth’s Chris Steak House. He is also a principal in Miller Partners Restaurant Solutions which has owned and operated restaurants in Southern California since 1992. In addition to his work with the ILG, Miller is also planning additional restaurant activity here in Central Florida. Mr. Miller holds a BS Degree with a Major in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and has received numerous awards including National Restaurateur of the Year in 2007, and is Past Chairman of the National Restaurant Association.
