Richard A. Bruner, Jr.

Richard represents and counsels public, private, and non-profit companies on a variety of corporate, contractual and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, public offerings, intellectual property licensing, structuring business entities and relationships, commercial transactions, employment relations, and executive compensation planning. Richard assists his clients through the entire life cycle of their businesses, including formation of the business entity, the growth process, and development and implementation of the exit strategy. Richard’s broad experience in business, as an in-house attorney, and in private practice gives him a practicable understanding of business that is matched by few legal professionals, and enables him to provide effective legal counsel combined with a business perspective to his clients’ legal matters.


While employed for MarketLeverage Interactive Advertising, Inc., Richard served as the general manager of the email marketing division of MarketLeverage Interactive Advertising, Inc. The division nearly doubled its revenue while experiencing only a modest increase in costs and expenses during his tenure. Richard also oversaw the day-to-day operations of the compliance department and assisted the general counsel in managing the day-to-day operations of the legal department while at MarketLeverage Interactive Advertising, Inc.
